I love nothing more than the classic outfit of a public-domain wizard character. You all know the kind of old-man wizard I'm talking about. He's got a long white beard and long white hair. He's wearing a pointy hat and a long draping wizard robe, both made of blue fabric with gold or silver stars placed all over the garments. This is the kind of wizard we can all aspire to be someday, even if we're not all-powerful sages living in fictional medieval times.

Some wizards might find this star-embellished outfit to be a bit basic. Dumbledore wore this in one of the Harry Potter books. I had a wizard action figure who wore an outfit like this as a kid. Toy stores worldwide sell public-domain wizard hats that look exactly like this. Public domain wizards might not be the most innovative fashion creators, but they produce fantastic wizard memes.
